1 General Terms

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000 (for verified accounts).
• No processing fees on deposits.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus withdrawal can be processed.

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified (except via the cashout feature).
• Bets placed due to a technical error will be voided and the stake refunded.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% of your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Rollover requirement: 12x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to ৳20% on weekly deposits. Rollover requirement: 8x.
• Cashback: 10% of weekly net losses. No rollover required.
• Referral Bonus: Up to ৳300 per successful referral.
• Bonus balance and real balance cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hiba jee. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Participation in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches for unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Placing a bet after the outcome of a game is already known (late betting).
• Using another person's identity or payment method.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Hiba jee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

9 Responsible Gaming
